I just wanted to check in. Every now and then it is good to refresh and remind ourselves of our value. Below are a few questions to ask yourself to check in.
- How have you been responding to bad days?
It is common (and okay) to be sad and frustrated, for whatever reason you might have. Undergoing the lows of life have a toll on us and it is okay to experience bad days (they make us stronger). These days can string together so easily and sometimes we need different strategies to get ourselves out of these points. At the end of the day – it is only you vs. you.

- How have you treated your body this week?
Gone for a long walk or exercise? Fitness is important – we all know this. But for what reasons? To build and strengthen mental health and emotional wellness, as described below. Many people underestimate the effects that absent fitness can bring. Lack of fitness can lead to larger chronic problems with our overall health.

- How conscious of your food habits are you?
